Meet the Doctors

Advocates for Patient-Centered Care

The A Return to Healing doctors, Andy Lazris and Alan Roth, have spent decades at the bedside and in the clinic. They’ve seen how checklists and quotas can drown out what patients actually want. Their aim is simple: make medical choices clearer, kinder, and anchored to real life. Meet them below—their paths, their approach, and what they’re writing now.

In A Return to Healing, the doctors expose the flaws of modern medicine and advocate for a return to compassionate, individualized patient care. Their work empowers patients and healthcare professionals alike to rethink the system and reclaim the human side of medicine.

Editorial & Medical Review Policy

To support trust and clarity, we follow a simple rule: each clinical post is written by one doctor and medically reviewed by the other whenever feasible. If timing is critical, we may temporarily publish with “Pending medical review,” then update the review status within 72 hours. Content is informational and not a substitute for personalized medical advice.
